1. About Smart Print Transfers
Smart Print Transfers provides custom and ready-to-press heat transfer products, including DTF transfers and related printing products and services.
References to “Smart Print Transfers,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms refer to the business operating smartprinttransfers.com.
2. Eligibility & Lawful Use
By using our website or placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
You may not use our website, products, or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
3. Orders
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for reasonable business, legal, fraud-prevention, technical, production, intellectual-property, or payment-related reasons.
If we cancel an order before production for reasons unrelated to a violation of these Terms, any payment collected for the canceled portion will be refunded as appropriate.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that order details, product selections, sizes, quantities, shipping information, and uploaded artwork are accurate before submitting an order.
4. Custom Artwork
For custom products, you are responsible for the artwork and content you submit.
By submitting artwork to Smart Print Transfers, you represent that you own the artwork or have all necessary permissions, licenses, and rights to reproduce and use it for the products you order.
You grant Smart Print Transfers a limited right to reproduce, process, modify as technically necessary, and use the submitted artwork solely as reasonably necessary to review, manufacture, fulfill, and support your order.
We reserve the right to refuse artwork that we reasonably believe may violate applicable law or the rights of another person or entity.
5. Intellectual Property
Except for customer-submitted artwork and third-party materials, the content of our website, including our branding, text, graphics, website design, product photography, and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to Smart Print Transfers and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Smart Print Transfers intellectual property to you.
6. Artwork Quality & Printing
Printed products are produced based on the files and specifications submitted with your order.
Customers are responsible for checking artwork dimensions, resolution, spelling, orientation, transparency, layout, and other design details before ordering.
Screen colors may differ from printed colors because of differences in displays, color settings, print processes, inks, and materials.
Minor variations that are normal to the printing and manufacturing process do not constitute defects.
7. Application of Heat Transfers
Customers are responsible for following the application instructions provided for the applicable product.
Application results can be affected by heat press equipment, temperature, pressure, pressing time, garment material, coatings, environmental conditions, and application technique.
We recommend testing a transfer before beginning a full production run.
Smart Print Transfers is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, handling, application, washing, pressing, or use inconsistent with the instructions provided.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time without prior notice.
The price applicable to an order is generally the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, duties, or other charges may be added where required or disclosed during checkout.
9. Production & Shipping
Production and shipping estimates are provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
While we work to meet stated processing and shipping expectations, carrier delivery estimates may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy before placing time-sensitive orders.
10. Returns, Reprints & Refunds
Custom-printed products are generally not eligible for return or exchange for reasons unrelated to product quality or an error on our part.
If your order is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Eligibility for cancellations, replacements, reprints, credits, and refunds is governed by that policy.
11. Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, coupons, free-shipping offers, and discount codes may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, minimum order amounts, product restrictions, or other conditions.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
We reserve the right to correct or cancel promotions affected by technical errors, misuse, or fraud.

Changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
